When I joined PBR PLC in July 2008 the financial function was a real mess, and I needed to close the head office in Newcastle and relocate to Cheshire quickly, recruiting a new finance team and installing new financial systems. Di and her team took care of everything, installing the new back office system and training our 48 bars, restaurants and hotels within a 4 week window. Not only did it go very smoothly, but as a business we managed to save considerable costs.
