Q How much do we charge and how does the price structure work?

A As our goal is to accommodate your objectives, which are specific to your business, it is necessary for us to discuss in the detail the level of support and the level of involvement we will have in your business function to be able to give an accurate quote. For this reason we do not have a fixed standard fee or structure.

QWhat disaster recovery is in place?

AWe have an offsite disaster recovery facility through our payroll software company.

QCan you administer Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, Paternity Pay, Adoption Pay etc and make all the necessary deductions such as Student Loans, CSA’s etc?

ADeductions and calculations of all pay will be made in accordance with current legislation and contracts of employment. Should additional evidence by required for payments/deductions i.e. MATB1 form (Maternity pay) you will be advised by the payroll department

QIs there a setup charge?

AIn many cases there is no setup charge levied by ourselves. It is dependent on what type of business you are, how far into the current tax year we are and how the data is presented. Also, depending on your requirements and the management solution introduced into your business whether that be payroll or something else there maybe 3rd party software licence fees to pay.

QCan you pay your staff directly into their bank account?

AYes – This is what we would recommend. The main high street banks offer the BACSTEL-IP facility and may be able to sponsor you. We can help with the BACS application forms if required and as long as the bank gives you a BACS user number we can pay your staff into their accounts.

QWhat systems do you use and are they HMRC compliant?

AWe use Northgate Resourcelink who are fully HMRC compliant.

QAre your staff fully trained?

AAll staff are fully trained and proficient in there roles. Our staff are made up of qualified members of IPPM (Institute of Payroll & Pensions Management) and the CIPD (Chartered Institute Personnel & Development) providing a high standard of professionalism and knowledge with a smile.
