Payroll

How much do we charge and how does the price structure work?

We process payrolls of varying sizes, offering a professional and efficient service.

  • Being a BACS approved bureau we handle thousands of BACS transmissions every year. This gives you the security when we submit payments on your behalf. You have control over the payments and can see when and how much has been paid. All payrolls are required to be authorised pre-submission for payment.
  • Payrolls processed using data derived from Viewbase, e-mail, fax or telephone.
  • Calculation of payroll payments and deductions.
  • Payroll reports sent to Head Office for authorisation before payments made.
  • Production of security payslips.
  • Production of P45’s for employees leaving.
  • Liaise with 3rd party organisations such as CSA/Pension Providers.
  • Liaise with HMRC/Auditors if required.
  • Reconciliation of payments due to HMRC each month.
  • Direct handling of employee pay enquiries.
  • Tailored reports to suit your requirements. *
  • Preparation of year end returns, P35 & forms P14/P60.
  • Electronic submission of year end return and in year tax forms.
  • P11Ds produced if required. *
  • BACS payments submitted on your behalf if required.
  • Production of journals for accounts.
  • Updates on legislation & statutory requirements that affect your business.
